Warranty Policy

DYLARAS Jewelry & Co. LLC · Effective June 2025

All DYLARAS jewelry is quality-inspected before shipment. We stand behind every piece we sell with a 30-day manufacturing defect warranty from the date of delivery — applicable to both collections.


LATIDO Collection — Everyday Fine Jewelry

Gold-filled & silver pieces · Starting at $25

What Is Covered

  • Broken clasps or closures that fail under normal wear
  • Missing or loose stones present at time of delivery
  • Structural defects in gold-filled or silver components
  • Defects in finish or metalwork visible upon receipt

What Is Not Covered

  • Natural fading or wear of gold-filled plating over time — this is a characteristic of gold-filled jewelry, not a defect
  • Tarnishing caused by exposure to water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals
  • Scratches, dents, or bending from accidents or misuse
  • Damage from repairs or alterations by a third party
  • Loss or theft

Claim Process — LATIDO

  1. Email returns@dylarasjewelry.com or WhatsApp us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect
  3. We respond within 1 business day
  4. Approved claims: full replacement or refund — your choice
  5. DYLARAS covers return shipping for all approved warranty claims

ALMA Collection — Certified Fine Jewelry

Solid gold & certified diamonds · Starting at $300

What Is Covered

  • Broken or defective clasps, settings, or closures under normal wear
  • Loose or missing prongs in diamond or gemstone settings at delivery
  • Defects in solid gold metalwork or finishing present at time of delivery
  • Any discrepancy between the GIA/IGI certification and the delivered piece

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear on fine jewelry over time
  • Scratches or surface marks from daily use
  • Stone loss after delivery due to impact, improper wear, or third-party modifications
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, chlorine, or harsh cleaning agents
  • Repairs or resizing performed by a jeweler other than DYLARAS
  • Loss or theft

Certified Diamonds — Important Note

For certified diamond pieces, any concern about the stone itself (quality, grading discrepancy) must be reported within 7 days of delivery with the GIA/IGI certificate intact. After 7 days, diamond stone claims are not eligible for return or exchange. Manufacturing defects in the setting or metalwork remain covered for the full 30-day window.

Claim Process — ALMA

  1. Email returns@dylarasjewelry.com within 30 days of delivery (7 days for diamond stone concerns)
  2. Include your order number, photos of the defect, and your GIA/IGI certificate if applicable
  3. Our team reviews the claim — response within 1 business day
  4. Approved claims: full replacement of the piece or full refund to original payment method
  5. DYLARAS covers insured return shipping for all approved ALMA warranty claims

Care Tips — Protect Your Warranty

  • Store each piece separately in the original packaging provided
  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or physical activity
  • Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray, or cleaning products
  • Clean gently with a soft dry cloth — avoid ultrasonic cleaners for LATIDO pieces
  • For ALMA pieces: professional cleaning recommended every 6 months
