Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary by collection. ALMA (Fine Jewelry) pieces typically take 5–12 business days; LATIDO (Everyday Jewelry) pieces typically take 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship exclusively within the Continental United States. We're not yet offering international shipping, but we hope to in the future — stay tuned!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@dylarasjewelry.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please request a return instead.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can also use the "Track My Order" link in our footer anytime.
What if my package is lost or shows "Delivered" but I didn't receive it?
Contact us at hello@dylarasjewelry.com within 5 business days. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Products & Materials
Are your pieces authentic? What materials are they made of?
Yes. We partner with trusted, established U.S.-based jewelry suppliers. Our ALMA (Fine Jewelry) pieces are crafted in solid 10k and 14k gold, sterling silver, and natural or lab-grown diamonds. Our LATIDO (Everyday Jewelry) pieces are crafted in gold-filled and sterling silver. Materials are listed in each product's description.
What is the difference between gold-filled and solid gold?
Gold-filled jewelry has a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal — it looks and wears like solid gold, is hypoallergenic, and won't tarnish with normal wear. It's ideal for everyday pieces. Solid gold (10k, 14k) is a pure gold alloy throughout, making it the most durable and valuable option — perfect for investment and heirloom pieces.
Do you offer ring sizing or bracelet sizing help?

How do I care for my jewelry?
Visit our Product Care page for detailed care instructions for each material type. In general: remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions/perfumes. Store in a dry, clean pouch or box.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Email returns@dylarasjewelry.com with your order number to get started. Return shipping is on us.
Are there any items I cannot return?
Earrings (hygiene policy), custom or personalized items (final sale), and items marked final sale at purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Items with manufacturing defects are replaced at no cost within 7 days of receiving your order. Email photos to defects@dylarasjewelry.com and we'll take care of it immediately.
Payment & Financing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna for flexible installment payments.
How does Afterpay / Klarna work?

Personalization & Custom Orders
Can I personalize a piece?
Select items offer personalization options (engraving, sizing, stone choice) shown on the product page. For special requests, email us at hello@dylarasjewelry.com. Please note: personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
